The principal feature of the fairs organised by Aries is their specialisation. Extra-virgin olive oil, espresso coffee, Prosecco DOC wine are the Italian products to which Olio Capitale, TriestEspresso Expo and Prosecco Show have been dedicated. Events that focus exclusively on a single product.
Events dedicated to foods that are making Trieste’s reputation as a specialised centre at the heart of the extended Europe for fairs of this sort.
The fairs promote local points of excellence, such as the important coffee-making sector in Trieste (TriestEspresso) and the high-quality niche production of Tergeste DOP olive oil (Olio Capitale), but they are able to bring benefits to satellite activities, thanks to the high number of visitors they attract to the area.
The real strength lies in the business meetings between exhibitors and trade operators from abroad, given that all the years of experience Aries can boast in the international reception of foreign delegations and organisation of bilateral meetings is brought to bear in their organisation.

Olio Capitale
Annual fair
First edition: 2007
This is the only fair entirely dedicated to extra-virgin olive oil.
Hundreds of exhibitors from throughout Italy and from abroad come to this fair which sees olive oil at the centre of proceedings, in terms of information, entertainment and business meetings between exhibitors and trade operators.
Year after year, the event has seen an increase in the number of exhibiting companies, and in international visitors.

TriestEspresso Expo
Biennial fair

TriestEspresso Expo is the most important international business to business fair to focus exclusively on espresso coffee.
It is organised by Aries in association with Assocaffè Trieste and Trieste Coffee Cluster and is reserved exclusively for professionals in the coffee sector and trade operators in the following areas:

– Espresso coffee machines and associated accessories
– Machines for processing and packaging coffee
– Packaging
– Coffee cups and other accessories
– Merchandising

– Services: shippers, banks, insurance, consultancy, software

This trade show sees exhibitors and visitors from around the world, and is packed with collateral events, including workshops and seminars offering specialised training, conferences on trends in the sector, competitions and championships for baristas and cultural events (book presentations, photographic exhibitions).
